Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of payment for a full refund. Once the order has been processed for shipping, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

• Product is received in damaged condition.
• Incorrect product was shipped.
• Product has a manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please share an unboxing video and photos of the issue with us on WhatsApp. Our team will verify the claim and arrange for a pickup within 48 hours.

Refund Timeline

Once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
